Hi there. Thanks for finding your way to this corner of the internet. It's tempting to start this page by giving you my resume, but it probably already exists in enough other places on the web. (Here's one. Here's another.) The short version of the resume is that I’m the founder and principal of Plenty, a consultancy that helps companies and and people like you make a difference in the world. We hold inspirational retreats, workshops, and coaching programs around the country. It's rewarding, stimulating, incredible work. We're working to change the world by empowering the people in it.

I have been recording and performing music for three decades. You can find my music below and on Spotify, Apple Music, and most other outlets. It’s so gratifying to be able to share that passion with the world, too.

If you're looking for advice on strategy, leadership, culture, fundraising, analytics, or social change, you'll find some of that here, but I mainly post that kind of writing on Plenty's blog. I post there quite actively.

This site is more for my musings about everything else. And there are lots of musings...

This is where I write about the things I love: my music; my family (I have four great kids and a wonderful wife); my little part of world out here in Duneland Beach, Indiana (really — there’s a beach here); songwriting and music technology; windsurfing; doting over my aquarium; watching sci-fi; building and using computers; and a video game or two.
